BIO

I am in Classics, doing interdisciplinary research in Classical and contemporary literature. My main interests are in Classical reception, Greek comedy and animals in antiquity. Before I came to VUW in 2004, I taught at George Washington University, Loyola College in Maryland, George Mason University, the University of Baltimore and St Andrews University, where I also did my PhD. I was an undergraduate at Free University of Berlin and St Andrews.
