BIO

I am an urban geographer researching human-environment interactions, urban forms, residential location choice and their relationships with transport, the environment and urban wellbeing. I primarily use quantitative geographical methods to explore complex interrelations between the built and natural environment, and between people and place. With a background in human geography, urban planning, spatial modelling, urban economics, and GIS, I explore how we can transform our cities into healthy places for humans and more-than humans. My current projects focus on urban green spaces, healthy cities, urban liveability, and parent-centred urbanism.
