BIO

Taoran is a Lecturer in Industrial Design, ZZU. Passionate about teaching, having teaching experience in higher education in the UK and the US, supporting a variety of courses around design, product design and industrial design. Skilled in 2D and 3D software and platforms, including SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and generative AI image tools.

 

Taoran obtained her PhD in Design from Loughborough University, focusing on the areas of design intervention, behaviour change, and young adults' dietary behaviours. Prior to this, she obtained an MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BE at Jiangnan University.
