BIO

I am a Lecturer in Workplace Health and Safety at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. My academic practice is grounded in employment relations and public policy, and is defined by a strong commitment to socially engaged, critical scholarship that interrogates how workplace systems, regulatory frameworks, and labour market dynamics produce risk, inequality, and harm. I work at the intersection of research, teaching, and public engagement, with a focus on contributing to policy debate, professional practice, and the development of more effective and equitable workplace systems.
